I always stop in for a Mexican Hamburger yummmm!! Plus they serve you fresh salsa and bean dip with fresh chips before your meal. I always get fast service even on a busy night. I've never had a bad experience with them. It's my go to spot for Mexican food in Summit county.

12/13/24 update: back again and this place never disappoints! Don’t listen to the negative reviews, go back to TX if you want your Tex-mex. This place is our favorite in summit county! Always consistently great... food, staff, drinks! We love both our favorite waiters Juan & Juan but everyone here makes us feel like family. Eat here about once a week because of the above!

Amazing Mexican food and service! Their quesadilla, chips and sides were delicious and the portion sizes were really generous. Had a very pleasant time at the bar and really enjoyed that they also had an ample drink selection. This is a really nice restaurant and look forward to visiting them again!

Lovely Mexican restaurant with a big parking area and several spots for our truck and trailer to pull in on a Sunday. The decor is gorgeous! The staff is very friendly and efficient, and our food was hot and delicious. I had the Enselada Vallarta and my husband had a dish with chicken, mushrooms, and a fantastic gravy/sauce, with rice, beans and tortillas. Both were way more than we could finish. Plenty of chips, salsa and bean dip as a starter. If we lived here this would be a regular visit for us!

I am currently traveling from California and my family and I loved it here. The service was amazing from the welcoming in, the staff and the food! Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to visit the area!!

This is truly the finest Mexican cuisine I have discovered in my lifetime. With a bit of heritage I have been exposed to a lot of Spanish food, but Nuevo is by far the best tasting dining experience you will truly find in the entire state of Colorado. I moved here a few years ago, and a friend told me to check it out. From the first meal they have exceeded expectations every experience, and are the most welcoming staff around. Everyone is so friendly, and the owner makes the greatest spicy salsa. I live in the neighborhood, and get a lot of takeout weekly but love stopping in when I can. Every guest that comes to visit us has been here, and stands by our review! We love the menu, people, atmosphere, everything. You must get a grande house margarita and the chicken/steak combination fajitas. And of course the chips are worth the calories!

Came here with 11 people and they were able to seat us with no wait. The service was amazing and the portions were very large. Note. This is “American Mexican” not authentic Mexican, but don’t let put you off - the food is great. The atmosphere was vibrant and colorful. P.S They served freshly made chips and salsa which were superb.
